At Ez Gadgets, we believe in providing transparent and reliable after-sales support. Please review our warranty coverage by product category below.

🛡️ General Product Warranty (360 Days)

• ✅ Instant Replacement (First 7 Days):
  Any issue within the first 7 days of purchase qualifies for an instant replacement (subject to inspection and warranty eligibility).

• 🔧 Repair-First Approach (Day 8 to Day 360):
  After 7 days, we will attempt to repair the product—usually by replacing defective parts.
  If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement will be provided.

⚠️ Warranty is void in case of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification. Proof of purchase is required.

Pre-Order Monitors (Non-Koorui)

  • Customers may inspect and test the product as long as needed before purchase

  • Once the purchase is complete, the item is considered accepted as-is

  • ❌ No return, refund, or warranty after leaving the store

  • Covered under manufacturer or distributor warranty as stated

  • No additional service fees for most warranty claims

  • If any cost arises (e.g., international shipping to manufacturer), we will inform customers in advance

  • Warranty duration is clearly mentioned at the time of sale

  • Warranty service is handled entirely by us

  • 🔒 We do not sell repaired or modified parts – all used items are in factory-original condition (subject to availability)
